Dog Park Rules

I have joined not because I use the park or plan to. I would love more information on what works and doesn't for the park. Are there established rules? How have you handled problem dogs and/or problem dog caretakers? How have you handled dog walkers (in particular with multiple dogs)? Clean ups? Any other insight would be helpful. I am trying to figure out how to manage a space that is currently being used but with no guidlines in place.
